FAQ

Have questions? Here are some of the questions that we are asked often. If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, don’t hesitate to contact us!

What are the benefits of an End-of-Warranty Inspection or Fuel Economy Analysis?

With repair costs at an all-time high, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to check for proper operation of components that are still covered under the extended or manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, with fuel prices being unstable at best, a Fuel Economy Analysis could help uncover problems that would increase fuel consumption. Remember, a car that is using excessive amounts of fuel may not have any noticeable drivability problems.

If the car that I am interested in purchasing has already been sold or is not available for one reason or another, will you refund my money?

Without hesitation!

Will the car be put on a lift?

No. Since we specialize in mobile inspections, it is not possible to utilize a lift.

Do you do state safety and emissions inspections?

No. We only do purchase and performance related inspections.

Is there a guarantee?

Due to the complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic nature of today’s automobiles, individual components or systems can perform as designed up until the point of failure. Basically, sometimes the failure may occur suddenly and without warning. Our inspectors are able to give their professional opinions as to the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. These opinions will be helped by using the inspector’s experience, industry-proven inspection techniques, and professional grade tools.
